HOW IT WORKS: After ordering, email us 2–3 clear photos of your horse, your horse's name, and a few details about their personality. Using photos and a few details you share with us, we'll create custom Wylde Heart artwork inspired specifically by your horse and turn it into a mug made just for you.

Your custom portrait mug includes:

- A digital proof for your approval before production
- One custom portrait mug featuring your finished design
- One round of minor adjustments to your portrait

After you order:
Email us 2-3 clear photos of your horse, along with your order number. Tell us their name and a little about them—their personality, favorite colors if you'd like, and anything that makes them unmistakably them.
We'll create your portrait and send you a proof for approval before your mug goes into production.

Your first portrait proof will typically be emailed within 2–3 business days after we receive your horse's photos and details. Production begins only after you approve your artwork.

Already have a Wylde Heart portrait?
Your custom artwork only needs to be created once. Once we've designed your horse, that same approved artwork can be used on additional available mugs, shirts, sweatshirts and other Wylde Heart Mercantile goods without another custom artwork charge. Contact us before ordering and we'll help you choose what you'd like next.

A little note from the ranch 💙
Every portrait is created individually from your horse's photos and story, so we're opening only a small number of custom portrait spots at a time. When the current spots are filled, ordering will temporarily close while we finish creating for the horses already in our care.
